about me.

  • Hi.

Ever since I can remember I shared the love of baking with my mom and grandma. I wanted to bring "homemade" back into birthdays and so began baking for corporate birthdays starting with my office.

In 2016 I discovered For Goodness Cakes, a nonprofit out of Santa Monica who matches volunteer bakers and foster youth and young adults to deliver homemade birthday and graduation cakes. I began volunteer baking for them and fell head over feels in love with the mission, baking for kiddos, helping to make sure they were celebrated. It spoke to my heart & my soul. And I had fun dipping my toes into cake decorating!

  • ...and my cake shop was born!

In 2018, with my new passion, many donated cakes later and plenty of recipe testing on friends & neighbors, I decided to open my own Cottage Food operation and start selling my cakes! When you purchase my baked goods, you help me cover some of the costs of the cakes I donate to For Goodness Cakes. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and my mixing bowl.

  • FOR SOME KIDS, BIRTHDAYS ARE OFTEN OVERLOOKED.

For Goodness Cakes matches volunteers to make and hand-deliver birthday cakes to foster children and at-risk youth on their special day. After becoming a volunteer staff for the Los Angeles chapter, in September 2018 I opened the second chapter of For Goodness Cakes right here in Orange County and since then, we’ve opened over 20 chapters across the US! Follow our local IG account to see cakes donated by our magical Sprinkle Squad.
